Wearables have become pretty good at collecting health data.
Your ring can tell you how you slept, how your heart rate changed overnight, how active you were, and whether your recovery looks good. But once you have all those numbers in front of you, there’s still a fairly obvious question: what are you supposed to do with them? Ultrahuman’s latest launch is aimed at that gap.
The company has introduced two major additions to its ecosystem: the Ultrahuman Ring PRO, its third-generation smart ring, and Jade by Ultrahuman, an AI system designed to interpret health data in real time and turn it into more useful guidance.
They serve different purposes, but together they point toward where Ultrahuman wants its ecosystem to go next.
Ring PRO is built for people who don’t want to think about charging
The most obvious upgrade with Ring PRO is its battery.
Ultrahuman says the new ring can run for up to 15 days on a charge, which should make it easier to wear continuously without constantly thinking about when to plug it in. The ring can also store up to 250 days of data, so being away from your phone or even off the grid doesn’t mean losing your health history.
The ring itself uses a titanium unibody design and comes in Bionic Gold, Space Silver, Aster Black, and Raw Titanium. It’s available in sizes 5 through 14.
But the changes aren’t only cosmetic.
The hardware has been reworked underneath
Ring PRO gets a redesigned heart-rate sensing system intended to improve signal quality, particularly during sleep and recovery.
There’s also an upgraded dual-core processor that handles data processing faster and uses on-chip machine learning to improve accuracy.
One of the more unusual additions is ProRelease Technology. It is designed to make the ring easier to cut apart if it ever needs to be removed because of swelling or an injury to the finger.
So while the battery is probably what will get most people’s attention, Ultrahuman has made changes throughout the hardware.
The new charging case is almost a product of its own
Ring PRO comes with a new PRO Charging Case, and it solves a problem that tends to come with long battery life: keeping everything powered while you’re travelling.
The case itself can hold up to 45 days of charge, according to Ultrahuman, while its storage can preserve up to a year’s worth of ring data.
The ring snaps into the case magnetically through the company’s UltraSnap charging system, which is designed to generate less heat during charging. The case can also be charged wirelessly using Qi.
There are a few other practical touches. You can locate the case through its built-in speaker and the Ultrahuman app, check battery status through an LED indicator, and receive feedback through haptics.
It is the kind of accessory you may not think much about until you’re travelling and realise you don’t have to carry a charging cable around with you.
Then there’s Jade, which changes what happens to all that data
The Ring PRO is about collecting health information better.
Jade is about doing something with it.
Ultrahuman describes Jade as a real-time biointelligence AI. Rather than simply answering questions based on historical health information, it is designed to work across the company’s different health products and surface insights as your data changes.
That includes information from the Ring, Blood Vision’s 120+ biomarkers, M1 CGM glucose trends, and environmental data from Ultrahuman Home.
So instead of looking at your sleep, glucose, blood results, and room environment as separate datasets, Jade is designed to connect them.
It isn’t meant to be just another chatbot
This is probably the more ambitious part of the launch.
Jade has access to real-time health data and can perform certain actions within the Ultrahuman ecosystem. The company says it can, for example, trigger breathwork or start AFib detection.
There are also bigger ambitions for the future, including actions such as adjusting room temperature, ordering food, and proactively flagging potential health issues.
Those capabilities aren’t all available today, but they show what Ultrahuman is trying to build. The idea is closer to a health agent that can keep working in the background rather than an AI that only responds when you ask it a question.
Jade comes with Standard and Deep Research Mode, with the latter designed to conduct more comprehensive analysis across the different health data sources.
PowerPlugs are still a big part of the ecosystem
Ring PRO and Jade are the headline additions, but Ultrahuman is also continuing to build out its PowerPlugs platform.
PowerPlugs are essentially specialised health experiences built on top of Ultrahuman’s existing data. Instead of making every user navigate the same set of features, they let people focus on areas that are relevant to them.
The current range includes AFib Detection, Caffeine Window, Respiratory Health, GLP-1, Cycle & Ovulation Pro, and Migraine Insights, alongside features such as Vitamin D tracking, Pregnancy Insights, New Parent, Circadian Alignment, and Social Jetlag.
That modular approach is becoming increasingly important to Ultrahuman’s strategy. The ring provides the underlying data, PowerPlugs focus it on specific health goals, and Jade is intended to connect the different pieces.
How the pieces fit together
This is probably the easiest way to understand the announcement.
Ring PRO is the hardware. It is designed to collect data continuously, with longer battery life and upgraded sensors and processing.
PowerPlugs are the specialised experiences that turn that data into focused insights around things like sleep, respiratory health, caffeine, heart rhythm, women’s health, and more.
Jade sits across the ecosystem, bringing information from those different sources together and helping users understand the bigger picture.
It makes the Ultrahuman ecosystem feel less like a collection of individual products and more like one connected health platform.

For Ultrahuman, the bigger story here isn’t simply a new ring with a longer battery or another AI feature. It’s the attempt to connect hardware, specialised health tools, and real-time intelligence into one system that can become more useful as it learns more about the person wearing it.
